After competing in the January San Luis Obispo High School Poetry Out Loud Competition and winning first place, senior Eden Rothstein moved on to the next round by challenging other local high school winners in the February County Poetry Out Loud Competition. As announced last Friday, Rothstein also took first place in the County round, becoming the third SLOHS winner at the county level in the last four years. Rothstein now moves on to the California Poetry Out Loud Competition on March 18 and 19 in Sacramento. If you see her around campus, make sure you wish her good luck!
