  The Homecoming dance is one of the most anticipated events of the school year at San Luis Obispo High School. Students are busy planning their outfits and shoes, and their group plans with friends or a date. 

  Homecoming is tomorrow, October 6, and students should make sure they go. 

  “Homecoming is always super fun, even if the music isn’t the best. I love getting ready and taking photos with my friends before it; that’s the best part,” said junior Liza Flushman. 

   Students and staff at SLOHS have been building up to the big night all week with fun spirit days and a rally on Monday. 

  Tonight is the Homecoming football game in Holt Stadium against Morro Bay. The student section is going to be packed and full of Tiger spirit with everyone in their extreme black & gold attire. Junior Varsity kicks off at four p.m. and Varsity starts at seven p.m. Be sure to come support the football team, cheer, and the band. 

  “I can’t wait for the game. It’s the one that most people go to so everyone is packed in and hyped up with spirit,” said junior Treyce League. 

  The Homecoming dance is from seven p.m. to ten p.m. in the big gym and students will not want to miss it. Tickets will still be on sale at lunch today, so get them before it’s too late. 

  “This will be my first Homecoming dance so I’m really excited to see what it’s like,” said freshman Sadie Huff. 

  Tigers, show your black & gold at the Homecoming game tonight and get all dressed up for the Homecoming dance tomorrow.
