San Luis Obispo High School was visited today by over eight hundred fifth and sixth graders from local San Luis Coastal Unified School District elementary schools. The students played games on the fields, dodged construction zones, and visited active classrooms, including room 505. Freshman reporter Kaya Burden interviewed C.L. Smith Elementary fifth grader Ella Nelson about her big day on campus.

Expressions: Will you be going to SLOHS?
Nelson: I don’t know, maybe not.
Expressions: Did you enjoy our campus?
Nelson: It’s great, I like it.
Expressions: Did you participate in Tiger Olympics in a sport or S.T.E.A.M.?
Nelson: I did S.T.E.A.M. and Tug of War.

Nelson: We lost the first round so we couldn’t move on.
