Yesterday, on April 26, the San Luis Obispo High School girls varsity softball team was defeated by Paso Robles High School with an ending score of four to six. The season record stands at three wins and five losses for league, and an overall record of seven wins, twelve losses, and one tie.
“I was really disappointed and frustrated! I feel like we could have hit better off of that pitcher, me included,” said senior girls varsity softball player Janae Caldera.
They play Arroyo Grande High School and Pioneer Valley High School at our home field and Atascadero High School and Saint Joseph’s at their fields.
“We still have a huge chance! If Paso ties with us in record at the end of the year, we will still go to the playoffs,” said Caldera.
