The National Basketball Association (NBA) season is running down, and with the playoffs right around the corner, the Warriors are continuing to look like the most dominant team in the league. Currently, their record of 45 wins and 11 losses is the best in both the Western and Eastern Conferences. This impressive level of play is attributed to a number of things, but most of all being Stephen Curry, who has truly sprouted into one of the league’s top players. Curry is seventh in the league for points per game and sixth for assists. One of his most impressive feats however, is his 2.16 steals per game, which now leads the league.
Stephen Curry is not the only one making the Warrior’s season so successful though, a great example of this is Klay Thompson. Thompson puts up nearly as many points per game, while providing both rebounding skill and a constant three point threat, making him nearly impossible to guard. Draymond Green and Andrew Bogut dominate the boards, both leading the team in rebounds and blocks.
Things are looking up for the Warriors organization, and if they continue their effective play there could very likely be an NBA Finals spot awaiting them.
