The upcoming Summer in California will hopefully consist of constant visits to the beach, pool, and lake. Like every teen around the world, including San Luis Obispo High School students body confidence is a big battle and even harder for one while in a bathing suit. Now that is not to imply the bodies we rock aren’t perfect and summer ready already, but if time allows Chloe Ting can help teenegars get closer to body ideals.
Chloe Ting is a famous fitness instructor who makes youtube workout videos and challenges with the majority of them not requiring equipment.
Ting’s free two week full body shred is the workout for SLOHS students. It consists of a 14 day workout program with workouts being anywhere from 25 minutes long to 50 minutes long depending on the day
“I really liked how consistent it was and it really helped me get the results I was looking for. I definitely recommend,” said junior Lindsey Cannon.
This video program to most is very difficult with only a five second break in between each exercise which is why it is so heavily recommended. Though, for some who may participate in school sports or have a higher stamina Tings videos may be too easy.
“I liked it a lot and it was a good place to start for working out because it was challenging but there were breaks so it was doable. I did end up moving on to Pamela Reif because after about a week of Chloe Ting it got less challenging so I did Pamelas because there aren’t any breaks in her videos which pushed me more,” said freshman Josie Haas.
A lot of the times the need for accomplishment and finishing a program allows for more of a drive for doing it. To reiterate changing your body is nowhere near a need but if inclined Chloe Ting can help in a healthy and manageable way.
