Awkward Sex-Ed Talk With Freshmen

Sex-Ed+Talk+With+Freshmen

Sex education can be one of the most painful courses in high school, especially when students may not know all the facts. Expressions quizzed one freshman boy and one freshman girl about sex education.

Expressions: Can you get pregnant from oral sex?

Freshman Max Billing: No

Freshman Emily Cracknell: No. They can’t swim for that long.

Expressions: Describe the male and female reproductive system.

Billing: So a male has a penis, and a female has a vagina.

Cracknell: Male reproductive system is the penis and testicles. The female reproductive system is uterus, fallopian tubes and the thing the baby lives in, I forget what that’s called.

Expressions: How many reproductive organs can you name?

Billing: I don’t remember, just penis, vagina, and genitalia, right? Oh and the clitoris.

Cracknell: Bladder, penis, colon, eggs, uvula.

Expressions: How old were you when you learned what sex was?

Billing: I’m going to guess I was about ten years old.

Cracknell: I think I was like seven, my friend had a banana and a donut and showed me.
