On May 7, FHA Hero is hosting a local fashion show. The show starts at 4:00 P.M. and will be located at the Masonic Lodge on Marsh street. Tickets are currently being sold for $15 and will be sold for $20 at the door.
The show will feature numerous local boutiques from San Luis Obispo, along with the work of San Luis Obispo High School students. When asked what will stand out this year at the fashion show, Home-Economics teacher Lisa Washmuth said, “We are having prom dresses from Hearts Desire which are always an ‘oo-ah’ moment. And some of my fashion students are modeling clothes that they made.”
The show has proven to be a huge success in the past and this year will be no different! When asked what will be different about the show this year, Washmuth chuckled and said, “The merchandising students have been doing most of the work this year instead of me.” Make sure you come support SLO’s local boutiques and aspiring designers from SLOHS this Saturday!
Even SLOHS Expressions sports editor Luca MacDougall will be modeling clothes from the local surf shop Moondoggies.
