San Luis Obispo High School Art Department has five finalists in the Monday Clubhouse Conservancy 2022 Visual Fine Arts Awards competition

There were applicants (the most applicants of all SLO County schools) from SLOHS and a record number of 43 applicants countywide and ten finalists were chosen from that.
“Seniors Linnaea Marks, Ahmee Smith, Grace Farmer, Jane Elliott and junior Katelyn Goldsmith are our five finalists. If you have them in your classes please congratulate them!” said art teacher Michael Norton.
The event will be Sunday , February 27 and is closed to the public this year due to COVID-19.

Awards will be given that night to the top 3 artists out of those 10 finalists: first place $1,500, second place $1,000 and third place $500.
They all submitted excellent work! Feel free to ask to see their artwork as well.
