Expression: What was the service like?

2018 SLOHS graduate Lia Pagel: Taking orders was quick but there were a lot of people, so I had to wait about 30 min before I got my ice cream .

2018 SLOHS graduate Britney Vuong: A little slow because it was super busy.

Expression: How nice were the staff?

Pagel: The staff was very friendly and polite and helpful when ordering.

Vuong: The staff were friendly and very patient.

Expression: How complex was the menu?

Pagel: There were a lot of different options but it wasn’t too overwhelming.

Vuong: There were quite a few options but everything was the same price and size so it was pretty easy to decide.

Expression: What was your favorite part about the whole place?

Pagel: Watching my ice cream being made.

Vuong: My favorite part was watching my order being made.

Expression: Overall how was your experience and how well would you rate it. Was it expensive?

Pagel: Overall it was a good experience but it was a little expensive. $8 for rolled ice cream.

Vuong: My experience was good, the ice cream was pretty good (4/5 stars) and it was pricey ($8) but the technique required to make it makes it worth it.
