Trey Francke was recently hired at San Luis Obispo High School (SLOHS) to join Diego Cordova as a security guard in order to make our campus as safe as possible.
Both Francke and Cordova have similar goals, primarily being the safety of all SLOHS students as well as being approachable people that any student can comfortably talk to about their concerns.
“I want to be someone they can come to for advice,” said Francke, “I want to be a friend.”
Cordova is in agreement with him regarding their relationship with students: “Everyone [talking to me] should feel welcome and not intimidated,” said Cordova.
Francke and Cordova can often be seen around the SLOHS parking lot. If you ever have anything you need to talk to them about or just want to get acquainted, be sure to go say hello.
