Music festivals were something students at San Luis Obispo High School attended over the summer. Ranging from all types of music, venus, and aesthetics, SLOHS Expressions went out and asked about all the hit summer festivals.
“I went to outside lands in Los Angeles, I was super stoked before, and it lived up to the expectations. It was lit and like music festivals are my passion,” said senior Paige Lund.
Music Festivals like Lollapalooza in Chicago, Bonnaroo in Manchester and Firefly in Dover is some of the biggest music festivals that happened this summer. Not only students from SLOHS attended these festivals, but people from all over the world traveled just to be at these huge festivals in America.
“I went to Hard summer 2019, and I was very pumped. There were a lot of people I like going there, like Juice Wrld and Martin Garrix. Bunch of cool artists, it was lots of fun,” said former exchange student Alek Breiby.
Music festivals are a good opportunity for people to gather and have a good time together. Lots of good and different kind of music made people get friends from other places that they can meet later in life.
Not only in America it was big music festivals occur this summer. The biggest one worldwide was Tomorrowland in Belgium. The most popular artist, bands and DJs went to its event and this was a festival for people to not forget.
