Over the summer there were many things to do you could’ve visit a beach, another country, a festival/concert, and also visit an amusement park. San Luis Obispo High School students have visited either one or none of these like amusement parks, considering they are big and popular in California. Expressions decided to ask students about theme parks.
Expressions: What was the best theme park that you visited during the summer?
Sophomore Bobby Pedregon: Six Flags!
Sophomore Sarah Bailey: Blackbeard’s family entertainment center.
Junior Joshua Meza: Universal Studios.
Expressions: Why?
Bailey: Because my dad takes me there all of the time me all of the time.
Pedregon: Because it is fun, there is more variety in the rides.
Meza: The rides are fun the lines may be long but they are exiting. It is inspired by tons of movies like Transformers, Harry Potter, and Indiana Jones.
Expressions: What makes it better than other theme parks?
Bailey: It was one I went to a lot so it became special to me.
Pedregon: The rides are bigger it is more of a thrill than most other theme parks.
Expressions: What was your favorite ride there?
Bailey: Either the spinning cups or the carousel.
Pedregon: Twisted Colossus.
Expressions: What made it your favorite ride?
Bailey: How dizzy I would get after I stood up.
Pedregon: Because the track has two carts that have different paths.
Meza: Indiana Jones and The Revenge Of The Mummy.
