This spring, an overwhelming number of both boys and girls have become a part of the San Luis Obispo High School swim and dive team. With many new freshman faces on the team, this season will be a fresh start to look forward to. This Thursday, March 14, the junior varsity swim team will be heading to Ernest Righetti High School for another meet.
“At swim, we do a lot of practicing for our assigned strokes. It is a lot of hard work but it’s paying off. We are doing well so far, probably because we practice a lot. I’m really excited to see how everyone does tomorrow,” said freshman Holly Roberts.
Those on the team who are going to Righetti on Thursday are showing much enthusiasm about competing and hopefully winning. Go Tigers!
