Seniors have come a long way from several classes and grades. SLOHS offers a unique schedule, where seniors took their 1-4 finals on friday, and will be taking their fifth period final tomorrow. This is all to make room and time for the Senior Picnic. Along with senior picnic, there will also be, oh, well… A lot.
Expressions decided to interview some seniors on the eve of the busiest of weeks.
Expressions: What are you looking forward to at the Senior Picnic on Wednesday?
Senior Jude Johnson: I’m looking forward to the food mostly. I absolutely love food.
Senior Eli Tuttle: I’m looking forward to spending time with my friends at the senior picnic and really enjoying and reminiscing on all the good times I had during the school year.
Senior Izayah Crespo Johnson: I’m looking forward to the food from the senior picnic.
Expressions: What are you looking forward to on Grad Night, Friday after graduation?
Johnson: I’m ready to light up the competition with my lasers on grad night!
Tuttle: I am looking forward to all the fun that there is to be had at the grad night, I’m hoping there’s gonna be a lot to do there, and it’s gonna be a blast.
Crespo Johnson: I’m not sure if I’m attending grad night.
Expressions: What are your plans for summer after graduation?
Johnson: My plans for summer are working, traveling, and going to the beach!
Tuttle: For my summer, I have some old friends coming in from different states to hang out with us for a few weeks. I’m also going to Yellowstone and Six Flags with my family. What I’m most excited for, is to leave on my mission to Boston, Massachusetts on August 6!
Crespo Johnson: My plans for summer is to work all summer and plan my move to New York.
To all upcoming seniors, look forward to these exciting events next year! Good luck to our seniors and have fun tomorrow and Friday!
