This Thursday, September 10, San Luis Obispo High School will hold its annual club rush. The walk around tour will take place in the main quad during lunch. Students will get the opportunity to discover new clubs and learn more about all the clubs we have here on campus. They will be notified on when and where each club meets and given the chance to sign up for club meetings and activities.
“I have planned a raffle which will give those who join the chance to win prizes and gift cards,” said senior and creator of the L.I.N.A. (Love Is Not Abuse) club Rachel Burns.
Current club members are already underway with how they will persuade students to join their club, whether it be bribery with candy or display of past work.
There is a wide variety of clubs available, ranging from Animation club to Youth and Government and Gay Straight Alliance. All students are guaranteed to find a club right for them and encouraged to get involved on campus.
