Get ready to be terrified by some San Luis Obispo High student made films on Thursday, October 28. The event will start at 5 p.m. and end at 7 p.m. Make sure to stop by if you enjoy scary films, live music, art, and free food.
The event is led by media arts teacher Zachary Roper and the film production club. There will be food and drink catered by the culinary arts students.
It’s being held in the San Luis Obispo High School Marketplace. The Marketplace will be set up in the art building behind the new theater.
“The SLOHS Marketplace event is our grand opening. We’re going to be creating a brand new space on campus that will be a student run music venue and art gallery,” said Roper. “We’ve got an awesome band playing, Georgey is going to rock it with six songs.”
There will be an art display, as well as live music by the student rock group Georgey. Be looking forward to this Thursday and more awesome student-led events to come.
“We can’t wait for you guys to come out!” said Roper.
