San Luis Obispo High School Expressions Newspaper asked students around the school one simple question:
Expressions: What would you do with $50,000?
Sophomore Amaiyah J. Salveron: “Sims 4″ Packs.
Sophomore Jennifer Cardona: I would buy a lifetime supply of chicken nuggets and buy people with flip phones an iPhone.
Junior Basil Cloyd-Moffett: I would feed it to the orca whales, after buying a really cool umbrella.
Junior Chris Dzukola: I would buy a 1967 Mustang Coupe, [then] use the rest to restore and modify it.
Senior Lisa Schwendowius: I would buy a cheap sprinter van and convert it into my own space. Then I would travel around Europe bike riding, surfing, hiking, and watching sunsets.
Senior Zalien Risley: If I had $50,00 I would restore my 1963 international pickup and then buy an old speed boat and L.S. swap it; then sell it and make a profit.
SLOHS Graduate Skylar Busben: I would go to my old work [at Jamba Juice] and buy a bunch of hard-to-make food every day when they are really busy, just to make their life harder.
SLOHS Graduate Chase Doyle: If bestowed the gracious prize of fifty thousand dollars, I’d hire all the dwarf actors in hollywood, and make a live action lucky charms commercial.
