The FCCLA club or, Family Career and Community Leaders of America, will be hosting their annual fashion show. The fashion show is a fundraiser for FCCLA club and will be held at the Masonic Temple in San Luis Obispo on Saturday May 6. Advanced fashion design students will be creating clothing pieces and wearing them in the show.
“Advanced fashion students make a garment and an outfit for the Tiny Tigers to wear. It is a fundraiser for FCCLA and we are raising money for our region, state, and national competitions. I really like that we get a chance to show the community what FCCLA is and personally I like walking in the show, it is something that I made and am proud of,” said senior Emily Streeter.
Tiny Tigers will be wearing pieces made by fashion design students. Local clothing stores such as Moondoggies, Mountain Air, Hep Kats, Hearts Desire, Change of a Dress, Le Creme, Straight Down, Madonna Inn, Adore, and Bella B will also be featured in the show.
